PawProxies provides residential, datacenter, and mobile proxy services for legitimate business purposes including web scraping, market research, ad verification, and brand protection.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Any illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Activities that could damage our infrastructure or reputation
• Reselling services without authorization
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Bandwidth and usage limits apply as specified in your plan

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of extended downtime exceeding our SLA, eligible customers may receive service credits. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with PawProxies remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawProxies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

11. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PawProxies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
